Reservations

Our rates are modestly priced year ’round. Major Credit Cards accepted.

Sunday through Wednesday nights: $215.00 per night (sleeps up to 6). Reservation are $225 Thursday – Saturday. Any additional people are $40/person/night.

About the Guest House

Accommodations

3 Bedrooms, 1 bath. We have a king bed downstairs in the Master bedroom, two twins up stairs in a second bedroom, and a queen bed in a third bedroom.

Plus

We also have tents and twin air mattresses for those who also wish to camp on the property. Pack N’ Play, High Chair, Baby Gate, Sheets and towels, Washer and Dryer are also included.

Full kitchen:  dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, full-sized refrigerator, toaster oven, crock pot, all utensils and cookware.

Hot Tub. Fireplace with wood-burning stove. Outdoor firepit. Central Air, Ceiling fans, Bean Bag Toss, Horseshoes, 52” flat panel television and satellite with all the premium and sports channels.

Southern Indiana is blessed to have one of the largest underground cave systems in the country. Less than 10 minutes away from the farm is Marengo Cave with spectacular guided tours every hourSquire Boone Caverns is near Corydon.

For those who love historyCorydon was the original capital of Indiana prior to it being moved to Indianapolis. You can walk the downtown area, browse the quaint shops and learn about the history of our state’s first capital. It is only a 20-minute drive away.

About the Owners

Richard and Ashira Young are the owners of Blue River Valley Farm and live on the property down the hill from the farmhouse.  Richard is a former State Senator who represented a large portion of Southern Indiana.  Ashira has her Master’s degree in Social Work, and Ph.D. in Integrative Medicine.

Both thoroughly enjoy the beauty of southern Indiana and the peace of the farm and relish opening up their farm to those who feel what is offered can thoroughly satisfy the expectations of a memorable vacation.
